DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

• Complex Cares LLC provides the bill in writing at the time of service and will attempt to contact you by phone and in writing to pay the outstanding balance or to establish a payment plan before your account is classified as delinquent.

• Failure to respond in a timely manner and/or satisfy arrangements to pay will result in the account(s) being turned over to American Accounts and Advisors Collection Agency.

• If your account is turned over, Complex Cares LLC will no longer offer medical care, refill prescriptions or issue referrals to the guarantor of the account and/or any family members for whom the guarantor is responsible until payment is made and will only consider future care with a valid form of payment on file that will be used to process payment at the time of service when payment is due.
   

• The Business Office is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM to assist you with your billing questions and can be reached directly at 651-756-9595.
